Here’s a traditional spiritual tune. Often credited to Irene Amburgey (aka Martha Carson) who popularized it. Irene performed from the 40’s-80’s, a white rock ‘n’ roller who sang gospel tunes in a style ahead of its time in many ways (see her in this video.)
